They combine folk guitars, celtic airs and pop hooks to great effect, creating a warm and upbeat sound. We were extremely pleased to have them down to the kitchen in Ayr to perform a couple of songs.

James Foley is an individual with a reserved personality that belies a powerful voice. Captivating song writing and lyrics made this latest session a real treat to film. Stephen Flavahan is the latest visitor to the kitchen and he also brought a band and a piano. His EP is due out very soon indeed and we were lucky enough to get a couple of songs from it recorded for The Kitchen Sessions.
